SummaryThe Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Line Therapist will provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in the ABA clinic. Line therapist will also deliver weekly parent training to individual families receiving therapy. If appropriate for parent training sessions, line therapist will work with families in their home on a limited basis. Line therapist will collect and graph data daily as well as summarize weekly data at the end of the week. Line therapist will participate in monthly clinical team meetings to discuss client performance. Line therapist will receive and respond positively and actively to feedback delivered by BCBA-D in order to enhance client treatment program. Line therapist will participate in regular staff training programs. Line therapist will participate in the data collection and implementation of research studies within the clinic.
Required Qualifications* High School Diploma* Federal Background Check* Experience working with children (with or without diagnoses)* At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications* Training and/or experience in applied behavior analysis* More than two years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities* Experience with home based interventions* Bachelor's Degree* One year experience working with individuals diagnosed with disabilities* Registered Behavior Technician
