About the Role
The Account Manager I is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience, serving as the first line of contact for our customers. They are responsible for ensuring all freight is serviced to meet/exceed the customer's standards, while also communicating customer needs and changes to the operations teams. They are expected to develop and maintain customer relationships, while achieving company defined operational metrics.
