Job Description:
* Serve as the main point of contact between customers and production to ensure orders meet standards.
* Respond promptly to client inquiries about order status, payments, and updates.
* Manage multiple databases to keep stakeholders informed.
* Accurately enter orders and provide billing documentation.
* Track reports and project approvals to prevent delays.
* Deliver exceptional service while coordinating order changes with production.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ year of administrative, sales support, or account management experience
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
Additional Info:
* Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 annually
* Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
* Location: Hybrid - 1x work from home per week
