The Opportunity
Tradebe is searching for technology savvy candidates for the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure customer set-up, submission of invoices to our customers and posting of payments received in a timely manner.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Submit invoices to customers via email or portal.
- Apply cash payments to customer accounts.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the credit and collections email inboxes.
- Process new account information forms and set up in our system.
- Accept credit card payments for COD orders.
- Issue statements and dunning reminders to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Technology savvy
- Task management for a high number of customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and follow through
- Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required
