Duties: Reporting to the Director, McNulty Leadership Program, this position performs complex and confidential administrative and coordination functions for McNulty Leadership Programs, including programs such as Workshops and Executive Coaching, designed for WEMBAs and MBAs. The Administrative coordinator will ensure programs run smoothly, including managing all program operations, payments to contractors, the budget and event planning details. Managing all program operations entails scheduling and marketing, recruitment and registration, answering inquiries, maintaining program materials, and overseeing delivery. Managing the budget requires handling payments to vendors and contractors, data entry in support of monthly actuals and budget projections, reconciling invoices, and correctly any improper or wayward expenses. Managing event planning details entails handing requests for space, catering, transportation, scheduling, and supplies. This position also fulfills other duties as assigned in the MLP.
Qualifications: A high school diploma and 5 years to 7 years of related experience, preferably in a university setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must possess skill in Microsoft Office software applications: Word, Power Point, Excel. Knowledge of basic accounting is required----training in the University of Pennsylvania financial software a plus. Experience with Qualtrics is a plus! Must possess excellent business writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Background in professional development and training preferred.
