Administrative Assistant, Laboratory
Newton-Wellesley Hospital(NWH)

Collaborates with Laboratory Director, Chair of Pathology, and other laboratory leaders for coordination of the overall office operations of the department of Laboratory Services. Prioritizes work requirements for all support service functions within the department, including scheduling, policy management, project and presentation support, employee onboarding, quality and finance reports, and other duties as assigned. Cross trains in customer service roles.

Qualifications
Must be a high school graduate. Additional college or business experience preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Possess good organizational, keyboard, and Microsoft office skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated strengths in the following areas: customer service, ability to prioritize tasks based upon deadline and needs.
