About Arm Finance and Corporate FP&A
As Arm Finance, our mission is to enable Arm revenue and profitability growth, short term to long term, in support of Arm's strategy. Within Arm Finance, we have built the Corporate FP&A organization; a specialized team chartered with defining, deploying and improving best-in-class financial planning processes and systems across Arm!
Job Overview:
This new role is a critical addition to our Corporate Planning team which owns Corporate Financial Planning across Arm, is responsible for the planning calendar, defining requirements and driving execution the company's financial processes. This team partners closely with Office of the CFO & CEO for all Earnings/Guidance/Investor Day/Board preparation, and maintains the long-range financial forecast for the company including capital structure, M&A support and ad-hoc scenario modeling.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and publish the Corporate Finance Planning Calendar through orchestration and sequencing of all required deliverables and executive reviews to meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
  • Drive reporting, process, and discipline for finance routines to shape and influence decision-making (e.g. budget, forecast, monthly reviews, long-range plans)
  • Own publication of key executive review materials, and facilitate communication and coordination across different departments and partners.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and implementation of technology to address business problems; drive efficiency through automating, simplifying, or eliminating routine work.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Assist with the preparation of Board of Directors materials and content
Required Skills and Experience :
  • An undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, and other relevant degrees or work experience.
  • A successful track record, with experience running Corporate Finance processes in a public company.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working as part of a distributed team that spans multiple continents and functions, and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Sharepoint for information management and website publication. Project Management software (Smartsheet, Project/Planner, Asana etc) experience a plus.
  • Highly numerated with an analytical mind-set and strong attention to detail.
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry. Experience of statistical, financial, or economic modelling. Understanding of all financial statements and US GAAP.

Salary Range:
From USD 111,562

To USD 150,937
