Analyst II- Transactional Services

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working in the office.

This position is responsible for the technical processing of premiums for specifically assigned client accounts ensuring strict compliance with Guy Carpenter's operational guidelines.

We will count on you to:

• Integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other system tools to manage difficult transactional processes.
  
• Develop complex information on accounting/claims process for Request For Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities in order to drive business growth.
  
• Manage settlement of funds to and from Client in a timely manner in order to ensure all applicable contractual payment terms; warranties and/or conditions are met.
  
• Promote, build and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets. Understand their issues and working practices in order to effectively resolve problems and/or queries.
  
• Participate and support manager in team meetings and activities to share opinions, ideas, knowledge and solutions; maintaining strong working relationships and actively contributing to deliver outcomes.
  
• Support, assist and provide guidance to less experienced Colleagues as needed. Collaborate with peers on complex or contentious reinsurance developments.
  

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree
  
• 2+ years of work experience in insurance, reinsurance or risk management
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  
• Successful management of workload; able to manage expectations of all Clients and Stakeholders.
