About Us: Ultimate Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join the manufacturing team of one of our clients located in Watsonville for a temp-to-hire position. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Components: Follow detailed instructions to accurately and efficiently assemble products or components.
• Inspect Parts: Perform inspections of individual parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Use Tools and Equipment: Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery essential for the assembly process.
• Read Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret and follow technical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to ensure precise assembly.
• Perform Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and correct any defects or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
