A day in the Life:

A day in the Life:

Scheduling Coordination and Oversight

  • Oversee task assignments
  • Lead internal external Scheduling Meetings
  • Track and coordinate use of shared/limited resources
Ordering/Inventory Management
  • Oversee consumable inventory needs/ordering timelines
Document Management
  • Manage controlled bench sheet issuance and inventory
  • Oversee documentation archival
Facility and Equipment Maintenance Tracking
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are maintained
  • Coordinate facility work needs
Project Management
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are maintained
  • Lead internal timeline/operational update meetings
Quality Tracking
  • Facility Audit and Deviation Tracking
Keys to Success:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Experience
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Knowledge of GMP preferred
  • Previous experience in regulated lab environment with applicable assay techniques and instrumentation including Hamilton, Immunology assays, Molecular assays preferred.
  • Proficiency on technical operating systems
  • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Consistent record in technical writing skills
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with a team
  • Ability to train junior staff
