Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a company near our branch who is looking for a Billing Admin. This role will be paying $20-$23 based on experience. Please only apply if you have experience in billing and invoicing. Thank you.
Billing Admin Duties

• Manage billing processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain billing system
• Create and review billing reports and invoices
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of billing data
• Ensure timely payments from clients
• Provide financial analysis and advice

Billing Admin Skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in accounting software programs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Billing Admin Requirements

• Management experience
• Knowledge of billing and accounting processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
