RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Business Analyst.Responsibilities:- Assist with End-to-end testing, Unit testing and regression testing
- Document and test controls for new processes
- Assist with time entry and time adjustment processes
- Assist with year-end processing, including 401K validations, W-2 and W-2c preparation
- Assist with special projects as required
- Recommend new processes to improve performance and efficiency within the payroll function
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of payroll exposure
- Workday experience is required
- Experience evaluating, analyzing, and resolving unique and complex problems, and recommending solutions
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent internal customer service
- Great time management and organization skills
- Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
