Job Title: Business Execution Consultant
Location: St. Louis, MO
Project Summary: As a Business Execution Consultant, you will collaborate with Wholesale Operations teams to develop and implement a shared mailbox management solution. This initiative will impact over 1000 mailboxes, enabling the group to efficiently summarize cases, gather data, and eventually leverage AI for long-term solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Create PowerPoint decks for presentations related to the execution and implementation of the case management tool.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technology products.
- Collect data, updates, and key insights from contributors to identify new technology opportunities within Wholesale Operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape overall messaging in progress presentations.
- MS PowerPoint: Ability to build decks, templates, and deliver impactful messaging to senior leadership.
- UAT Testing: Experience in testing technology products.
- Strong Communication and Project Support Skills.
- PowerBI (Nice to Have): Familiarity with PowerBI.
- Microsoft Dynamics (Extremely Nice to Have): Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, especially in the context of case management.
- Prior experience working with wealth management groups.
- Excellent communication skills in project settings.
- Executive presence and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
