We're looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to work with JIRA and Confluence to organize distributed information, improve teams processes and workflows, and create visualization to empower data-driven decisions.

What the job looks like:

You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary, agile Foundational Components team tasked with improving DevSecOps and data governance practices for modernizing enterprise government systems in healthcare. The project work is primarily remote but may require some client on-site work estimated at < 10%.

• Design and create content architecture in Confluence
  
• Design, prototype and hands-on build information management solutions in JIRA and Confluence by using ConfiForms and other content management add-ons.
  
• Test basic business solutions and ensure performance is as designed.
  
• Document basic solutions to allow the team to support business customers and to support easy maintenance, transitioning key information to the support team.
  
• Assist in the documentation and presentation of business analysis and solutions requirements to key stakeholders for validation and approval.
  
• Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for users, with guidance from team members.
  
• Create and document JIRA processes and workflows (for example: automation of user onboarding/offboarding processes).
  
• Continually learns new processes, tools, and technology to support the organization's future growth
  
• Learn and analyze new technologies and industry best practices to identify suitability for adoption by the team and our clients.
  
• Work with the development team on data visualization automation.

You have:

• 3+ years of experience with JIRA workflows
  
• 3+ years of experience with Confluence.
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building solutions with ConfiForms or other content management databases
  
• Hands-on experience with SQL and an ability to build basic queries
  
• A passion for learning new technologies and the ability to do so quickly
  
• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) or a related field or equivalent experience
  
• Self-driven and highly organized, with a strong desire to improve processes

The annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 and Flexion offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees
