Job Summary:
The Career Readiness Coordinator will play a crucial role in Froedtert Health's initiatives to address healthcare workforce shortages, foster diversity and inclusion, and guide middle and high school students with opportunities to explore various healthcare careers across Southeastern WI. This role will be pivotal in nurturing partnerships, developing impactful programs, and assessing outcomes to uphold the ongoing success and expansion of our career readiness initiatives.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Experience in K-12 education, community outreach, or workforce development, particularly in healthcare settings, preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field, required.
Master's degree, preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including students, educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
