This position supports our workers' compensation line of business, Eastern Alliance. Preference is for this position to be hybrid, based in Lancaster PA. Initial training will be in-office, then 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month thereafter. Hybrid schedule could be up to 3 total days monthly to accommodate additional meetings and special events.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical support to the Claims Department in order to deliver superior levels of customer service and ensure the compliance with regulatory timeframes and other requirements in support of the Company's revenue and profitability objectives and overall business plan.
