This individual will typically answer phone, transfer calls to appropriate staff; greet customers, accept payments or direct to appropriate person; run reports, communicate with service units to determine payer responsibility; client billings; work reports as needed; and other office duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, GED or equivalent; keyboarding minimum of 50 WPM, knowledge of 10-key; ability to comprehend, retain and apply given information; experience in office procedures helpful but not necessary. This position is subject to a credit check based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
