What will you be doing?
This role is will collaborate with cross-functional teams to be the voice of the client internally and deliver the best possible solutions to accelerate client growth. Lead a multi-level staff, while actively contributing to the effectiveness, development and satisfaction of the team. Fulfill internal financial and administrative requirements pertaining to budgets and forecasts. This is a high profile client that is reviewed on period basis to ensure all appropriate actinons are taken to achieve highest client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain executive level relationships to ensure that Circana delivers the insights the client needs to address their most important business issues.
- Responsible for leading the coordinating of changes with internal teams and the client to ensure all projects remain on task and adequately communicated.
- Revenue accountability with expectation of 10% annual growth
- Plan and conduct business reviews and information sessions that tie into the client key initiatives.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction by managing relationships, delivering insights, recommendations and building a reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Educational background (College Degree/MBA preferred)
- Years of experience (15+)
- Specific software or platforms (NIQ or NPD)
- Strong analytical prowess
- Ability to travel about 10% - 15%

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000.
