About The Role:
As a Closing Specialist, you'll play a key role in making sure everything is ready for a seamless loan closing. From double-checking compliance requirements and finalizing fees to coordinating with teammates, vendors, and closing agents, you'll help ensure every detail is handled on time and with care.
Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing:
- Managing a pipeline of loans, taking ownership of each one to make sure every detail is in order and timelines are met.
- Drafting and reviewing closing packages and working behind the scenes with loan teams and title companies to ensure every loan closes on time and with top-notch quality.
- Staying in the loop with industry guidelines to guarantee all processes are compliant- even as things change.

- You have an eagle eye for detail, and nothing slips past you. Whether it's catching a typo or double-checking key documents, accuracy is your middle name.
- Juggling tasks is second nature to you, and you thrive in environments where deadlines are tight, but the results are rewarding.
