Volt is immediately hiring for CNC Operator in Brea, CA

As a CNC Operator you will:
- Manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings
- Adhere to all department and Company quality standards
- Check product dimensions utilizing proper equipment
- Refer any issues regarding the CNC Lathe area to senior leads or supervisors
- Assure compliance to all department and Company quality standards
- Record, as required, all productivity on Company system
- Clean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standards
- Adherent to all Company safety regulations
- The ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
This is a Fulltime opportunity. 2:30pm to 1 am.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year or more of operation experience with CNC Lathes (such as Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan, etc.).
- Ability to learn to set-up a CNC lathe (including work holding, kitting of tools, touching off of tools/establishing offsets, reading of manufacturing drawings, and first article buy-off) on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls.
Pay Rate: *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
