CNC Programmer Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop CNC programs for production runs
* Analyze and create drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates
* Modify existing programs for different machines
* Maintain tooling database
* Make manual program adjustments as necessary
* Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
CNC Programmer Requirements and Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED certificate
* Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus
* At least 5 Years Experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC mills
* Familiarity with Mastercam, Fusion 360 and Bobcad
* Basic math skills
