POSITION SUMMARY

Provide sales, administrative and logistical support to Project Management and local Project teams in support of large DC Projects. Participate in all phases of project, including estimating/opening, execution, and close-out activities. Position is mentally demanding, requiring coordination of many activities at once. This position is intended to support multiple projects simultaneously across multiple regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Coordinator position has a major support role in the following areas:

  • Provide general support to Project team and Project Managers.
  • Review contract, specifications, and associated project documents.
  • Work with Project Management team and local offices/admins to support job opening, invoicing, and project closeout.
  • Work with Project Management team, sales, and site team to develop project management tools.
  • Work with project team to manage scope and capture/process change.
  • Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables in support of project team.
  • As required by project - assist in uploading project data sheets into project Cx system.
  • Update project tracking tools and weekly project reports.
  • Assist in finalizing project documents and project close-out process.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications: (education, experience level, knowledge, skills, certifications).
  • Bachelor's and/ or Technical Degree and/or equivalent industry experience required
  • Computer proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Willing to travel anywhere in North America ~10% of the time. Schedule is dependent upon project work and is flexible to the degree it can be. This is worked out on a case-by-case basis with your assigned project manager. PTO scheduled in advance can and will be accommodated.
  • Does NOT require relocation to a Vertiv headquarter or regional office at this time.

The anticipated salary range for this role in the California locality is between $49,830 to $63,315 per year (based on a 40-hour work week)-salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k.
