Communications Consultant

This role focuses on creating effective communications to support business divestitures, involving IT and other functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver key messages for functional leaders based on business needs.
2. Create communications plans and deliverables, including support for employee engagement and change management.
3. Collaborate with Global Communications to ensure best practices and consistency.
4. Communicate new ideas and updates to stakeholders throughout campaign lifecycles.
5. Produce engaging, targeted employee communications.
6. Maintain consistency in communication processes and measure their effectiveness.
7. Research, write, and edit various internal publications.
8. Support communications for large-scale events, including live broadcasts.
9. Report on communication plan progress, deliverables, and results.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of business communications experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly translate complex concepts into engaging content.
• Ability to tailor messages to different audiences, with a superior command of English grammar.
• Quick information synthesis from various sources and translation of complex topics for broad understanding.
• Strategic thinking with attention to tactical needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative yet independent approach.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
