The Compliance Engineering Supervisor will oversee the compliance engineering team, ensuring that all products and processes meet regulatory standards and internal policies. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance requirements, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across Engineering departments. They are also charged with developing and implementing compliance strategies and programs to meet regulatory requirements as needed. Working with outside agencies and programs to help establish best practices and stay up-to-date with the changes to our industry is key.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and supervise the compliance engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and legal, to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards, and communicate these changes to the relevant teams.

  • Provide training and education to employees on compliance-related topics

  • Oversee invoices/budgets for Compliance Engineering

  • Oversee all product certification audits - work with organizational groups to resolve non-compliances.
  • Consistently models the Company values and expected behaviors.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) Engineering Required
  • 7+ years Compliance, Regulatory, or Engineering Required

  • 2+ years Prior experience leading and mentoring others Preferred
  • Attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal, including demonstrated success presenting to large groups

  • Advanced knowledge of all product standards and agency processes

  • Intermediate MS Office and presentation skills

  • Excellent organization, and time management skills
