Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be an innovative, collaborative and problem-solving professional that possesses excellent organizational skills, PowerPoint skills, interpersonal skills, experience using data platforms such as PowerBI, survey tools, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and other tools used to manipulate data to tell partners about key Ethics and Compliance (E&C) issues. You will be someone who outstandingly organized and is able build, drive, and document project plans and milestones! You must have interest and/or expertise in multiple substantive areas such as Privacy, Insider Trading program administration, stock vesting, Conflicts of Interest, ethics and compliance program policy administration. Finally, a love for, and ability to work across teams, is a must!
Responsibilities:
Identify scope, define critical tasks, map timelines, spot risks, procure resources, assign ownership, and publish updates to drive and report timely progress of programs.

  • Provide oversight, coordinate across teams, communicate progress and handle escalations on projects.
  • Build and PowerPoint presentation decks for updates to corporate executives, senior management, and business leaders.
  • Help to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics to measure program success and create/maintain data-driven dashboards that report key results.
  • Proactively own the team's efforts related to SharePoint, internal websites and other collaborative platforms.
  • Drive the planning and implementation of role and risk-based training and communications utilized for both annual training cycles and ad-hoc E&C training and communication requirements.
  • Support the planning and delivery of materials for internal governance bodies such as the Compliance Committee and Audit Committee.
Required Skills and Experience :
  • Proven in-house experience managing a comprehensive Global Compliance Program, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
  • Good communicator, capable of working both in a team and independently.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions, lead multiple projects, and prioritize deliverables.
  • Unquestioned expertise in at least one core compliance subject area such as training, program management, privacy, communications, etc.
  • Prior demonstrated use of analytics to ensure overall compliance program effectiveness.
  • Ability to anticipate applicable requirements
  • Resilient in the face of on-going change and embracing challenges
  • 4-year degree preferable in one of the following disciplines: Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or Leadership Development.

Salary Range:$205,593-$278,156 per year
