Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a IT Contract Sourcing Consultant to work on a consulting project. The initial duration of this position is two months with possible extension. Work for this position can be done remotely, but work must be done in the United States.

IT Contract Sourcing Consultant

This person will support the sourcing team by executing key sourcing processes, including contract intake, project management, negotiations, contract approvals and signatures, new supplier setups, completion of risk assessments and due diligence, contract amendments, requests for quotes, etc. Experience with Microsoft Suite is required. Other tools used will include Workday Strategic Sourcing and DocuSign.

-5 years of Sourcing experience working with contracts is required for this position. Experience supporting contracts across multiple categories, including marketing, HR, workplace services, finance and protective services is a plus.

• High volume/quick turnaround time/ability to shift from category to category as needed

• Basic redlining, extending contract terms and experience with contract amendments is required.

• Understand process workflow, good communication skills, quick decision making and ability to project manage many contracts at one time

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 annually.
