Contracts Support Specialist

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contracts Support Specialist to join a company in Bloomington, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, proofread, and create PDFs of contracts and related documents, ensuring accuracy and readiness for renewal.
• Coordinate with broker teams on document transmittal, tracking the status of contracts, and following up as needed.
• Compile fully executed documents into single files and maintain organized records.
• Provide recommendations to improve and streamline current processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers, clients, and internal teams.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, with practical demonstration during the interview.
• Competency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify patterns and relationships between processes or entities.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
