Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors. Today, Koch Air, has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.


We're searching for a Corporate Operations Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to make a significant impact. As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of our operations, analyzing procedures and purchasing programs, and driving continuous improvement across our company.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and provide insightful reporting and data analysis to empower our operations, purchasing, sales, and corporate teams.
  • Investigate operational and customer service challenges, uncovering solutions that drive efficiency and enhance service.
  • Be the lead for our corporate warehouse systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes.
  • Spearhead inventory control initiatives, including physical inventories and cycle counts, working closely with key departments.
  • Develop and implement solutions that align with our quality management system, pushing our operations to new heights.
  • Create and maintain performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, from product receipt to shipment.
  • Maintain accurate procedures and training for fundamental tasks, ensuring alignment with our quality management system.
  • Assist locations in optimizing warehouse layouts, maximizing team productivity and space utilization.
  • Support our internal auditing program to ensure full compliance with company procedures and standards.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • A Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience, including expertise in SQL.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a willingness to master our ERP system.
  • Top-notch organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for problem-solving, with the ability to travel periodically to our branch locations.
