Apply now for the position of Customer Care Coordinator/Planner, and you will support Diagnostics After Hours team.

Your role:

• You work in our customer contact center

• You answer incoming phone calls and interact with field personnel and external customers

• You respond to incoming inquiries and requests regarding medical equipment

• You work with the field engineers and customers to dispatch and schedule service events

• You manage competing priorities while achieving key performance indicators and maintaining a high level of quality

Your expertise:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a customer related role in a fast- paced environment (healthcare or medical device industry preferred)

• Associates degree or equivalent experience

• Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

• Ability to professionally investigate and respond to requests in a timely manner

• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong communication skills and are adaptable to change




LOCATION: Cary, NC - HYBRID

HOURS: Sunday - Thursday 11:00am to 8:00pm
