Customer Service/Call Center Reps Needed! - No interview required

Our client, located in Minnetonka, MN, is looking for sales driven individuals to join their team. Flexible hours with great pay and bonus potential. This is a work from home once training in completed on site.

You are a part of an outbound contact center team that makes calls on behalf of MedTech and B2B brands-including Fortune 500 companies. These are customer service, collections, consumer calling or tele sales. Ambassadors initiate natural, peer-to-peer conversations with decision-makers at hospitals, medical facilities, and other business organizations to determine their interest in buying our clients' products and services. The work is not high-pressure.

Pay: $16/Hour + Bonus

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday. You pick your schedule every 2 weeks. Must work a minimum of 30 hours a week

Start Date: 10/8

Job Duties/Description:

* Generate leads by means of proactive outbound calls

* Make contact with 10-15 decision makers per hour.

* Use scripting consistently.

* Make notes of all customer interactions in the CRM

* Meet department standards.

* Maintain regular attendance.

Requirements:

* High School and or GED equivalent

* 1-2-year experience preferred not required

* Must be able to train on site for about 4 weeks.

* Quite work area at home

*Must pass background check
