Job Title: Customer Service Representative 2904
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone and email communication
- Provide comprehensive product information
- Create quotes using the ERP system
- Enter orders into the ERP system
- Support customers with inventory, specifications, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service positions
- Industry experience in the manufacturing sector
- Skilled in the use of ERP software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Position requires being onsite full-time
