Hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Irvine, CA
Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually depending on experience
100% Onsite Monday thru Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Must have experience working within the raw ingredients, nutraceutical, food & beveage, or wellness industries.
- Proficient utilizing CRM systems.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Order processing, tracking, and product knowledge.
- Experience in B2B sales.
