RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Data Analyst 5.Responsibilities:- Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
- Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- May provide consultation to users and lead cross- functional teams to address business issues
- May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience; Experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
- One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law degree and 8 years of experience; Master's degree and 9 years of experience; Associate's degree and 11 years of experience; High School diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
