How You'll Add Value

The Data Analyst will perform the day-to-day tasks centered around data management to ensure internal and external deliverables are conducted in compliance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines, in a timely, efficient, and quality manner.

What You'll Do

Data Analyst I

Perform data entry/updates within Azenta/customer inventory system(s) in adherence to established standard practices Work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to all established regulations and guidelines Establish strong communication with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned data management tasks Effectively manage multiple assignments/competing priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks Assist with identification and correction of data errors in accordance with quality assurance procedures Perform data wrangling/clean up according to established standard practices and/or customer defined requirements Create tables/graphs/charts to present data in digestible format Manage quality of data going into the database(QC) Perform extraction of data and generate required reports as requested Provide status updates related to assigned project tasks/projects to management as necessary

What You Will Bring

  • Associates Degree in science or related field, 4-year degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in regulated industry environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data wrangling/reporting software (ex. Trifacta, Tableau)
  • For Level II/III experience with various programming languages (ex. SQL, R)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, customers, internal and external demands
  • Analytical thinking and effective time management skills
  • Ability to engage in effective problem-solving conversations
