MISSION:

Embark on a journey with us to elevate data quality to unprecedented heights. As our Data Quality Associate, your mission is to champion the integrity and precision of our data systems, much like we champion care in emergency services for pets. You are the guardian of our data realm, ensuring that every byte and bit contributes to our visionary goals.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are an efficient and detail oriented steward of data who loves to ensure things are correct and accurate.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

• Review and correct data that comes from our clinical and people systems to ensure our data is accurate and complete
• Compare new entries against our confirmed organizations list and if entry is truly new research it further and add it to the organization list
• Escalate any recurring patterns or issues so those issues can be addressed
• Effective time management and ability to meet agreed upon deadline
• Approach every task with a mindset of continuous improvement

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Familiarity with data entry and data validation tasks
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and duplicates entities
• Ownership mentality and an ability to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Experienced user of Google/Microsoft office software

*This is a part-time position, targeting 15-20 hours per week. Preference for candidates local to our headquarters in White Plains, NY but open to remote.*
