We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Deltek Human Capital Management Consulting Senior Manager to join our team in the GovCon Advisory team in a remote capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

We are seeking a skilled Deltek Human Capital Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Deltek solutions, particularly the People Module and Accounting and Finance, as well as a strong understanding of Deltek Time and Expense management. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to optimize our human capital management processes and ensure seamless integration with financial operations.

    YOUR ROLE.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • Implement and configure Deltek Human Capital Management solutions tailored to organizational needs.
    • Provide expertise in Deltek Accounting and Finance modules to enhance financial reporting and compliance.
    • Manage Deltek Time and Expense processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee time and expenses.
    • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline workflows, implement areas of improvement and increase efficiency.
    • Conduct training sessions for staff on Deltek systems and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Deltek applications.
    • Stay updated on Deltek product enhancements and industry trends.
    YOUR EXPERIENCE.

    The successful candidate will have:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent years of Deltek experience considered in lieu of degree.
    • Proven experience as a Deltek Consultant, with a focus on implementation and support of Human Capital Management and Accounting/Finance.
    • Strong knowledge of Deltek Time and Expense functionalities.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
