As the Digital Content Associate Project Manager, you'll help plan and manage content for weekly promotions and the online customer experience. You'll oversee creative timelines and track deliverables across creative teams. You'll be responsible for the build, quality assurance and publishing of creative assets on bestbuy.com. You'll support the category management and marketing teams as they develop promotional initiatives online. In this role, you'll manage a high volume of projects that require a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload. This role will also help with special projects or requests needed for the Digital Content Manager.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What you'll do
Create timelines for creative teams and ensure deadlines are metManage planned weekly site content updates Effectively communicate project status, deliverables and upcoming deadlines to creative and business teamsMaintain strong knowledge of widgets, template capabilities and site standardsEnsure reviews are routed to the appropriate stakeholder and approval is gained. Build partnerships with business leads and cross-functional partnersShare site standards, brand guidelines, widget usage and best practices with cross-functional partners to deliver financial goals
Basic qualifications
2 years of project management or traffic management experience 2 years of experience working with workflow tools or project management software 1 year of experience working with content management tools, page publishing tools or other web tools 2 years of e-commerce, retail or other industry experience Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experienceExperience with JIRA, Workfront or other project management systemsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems
