Our client is seeking a Digital Menu Specialist in Tampa, FL.

Role Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Digital menus consist of the ordering menu tablet at the restaurants. This role works closely with cross functional teams to ensure all requirements are met to support the digital menus. The expectation of this role is for the person to become the subject matter expert with the tools that support all digital menus. Menus consist of new menus, limited time offers, promotions and restaurant specific attributes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Creation of menu items, attributes, menu descriptions, assigned pictures and categories in digital platform
• Ensure accuracy of tablet ordering databases before deployment to customer facing application
• Provide support to the restaurants
• Set up and Support of new Restaurant openings

Skills & Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Critical thinking skills
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience wit system configurations
• Restaurant experience a plus
• Experience with Olo platform or POSitouch a plus
• Experience with Menu Systems a plus
• Background in Restaurants a plus
