Director Associate Relations
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The Director Associate Relations (AR) is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership of the AR function that investigates, researches and manages complex and highly sensitive associate relations issues, termination issues, and legal and compliance issues, and takes appropriate actions on those fronts. Promote fair, equitable resolution of cases and investigations as well as providing an efficient experience to stakeholders interacting with the department (associates, leaders and HR partners). This role will spearhead the modernization of AR by leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
How you will make an impact:
- Oversee all investigations and overall case management.
- Administer HR policies governing issues such as workplace rules and conduct, effective complaint resolution/investigation, performance management issues, ensuring fair employment practices, corrective action/performance improvement, compliance and audits.
- Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance associate engagement, streamline conflict resolution processes, and provide data-driven insights to inform our HR practices.
- Partner with other areas of HR operations including LOA to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for the development and administration of investigation policies, processes and records/documentation.
- Reviews data analytics to develop and implement proactive outreach and education in partnership with HR COEs and CHROs.
- Develop a multi-year strategy and roadmap for talent, process and technology in light of overall HR operational model and implementation of AI and digital tools.
- Establish SLAs based on department metrics to provide strategic insights into overall risk, enterprise talent and opportunities for development.
- Develops competencies and skills for the AR team including a continuous improvement mindset and approach.
- Provide leadership, guidance, goal setting and development for the overall team.
- Works on larger cross-functional HR projects.
Minimum Requirements:Requires Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years of HR Experience and 5 years of management experience, or equivalent experience or background required.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:
- Prior leadership experience, preferred.
- Compliance experience, preferred.
- Prior experience within a Human Resources Business Partner role, preferred.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $138,705 to $237,840.
