RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a global and well-established financial services firm located in Western Massachusetts is looking to hire a Director of Partnership Accounting to join their office. The client offers great benefits and growth potential. This position is scheduled as Hybrid and 2 days a week onsite in Springfield area.Duties:- Oversee the financial operations and reporting for partnerships in an investment organization
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Preparing financial statements, Analyzing financial data
- Involve in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the overall growth and success of the partnership
- Oversee cash flow management, maintain internal controls
- Work closely with partners to provide good insight into financial performance of the company
- Provide Team leadership and support in the day-to-day operations and professional development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Alternative Investment Accounting; Candidate must have direct experience in private equity, venture capital or hedge fund accounting
- Experience leading teams in a deliverable oriented environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
