Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Software Engineering to lead our Windows Platforms Landing team. As a leader, you will build and drive a team that ensures best in class Microsoft Windows ecosystem performance and efficiency on ARM based SoCs. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in Microsoft Windows OS, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute on a product oriented strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a result oriented engineering organisation that supports key customers to develop differentiated solutions.
• Establish and foster strong technical relationships with key stakeholders within Arm and Customer organisations.
• Support customers to deliver market leading products based on ARM solutions.
• Provide first line of support to customers on the field

Required Skills and Experience :

• Demonstrated experience leading software application engineering teams!
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating system, APIs, development frameworks, and associated toolchains.
• Experience in device driver development, (DirectX, DirectML and other peripherals) including WHQL Certification
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and business sense

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :

• Experience of the wider AI ecosystem, Microsoft's and others
• Familiarity with ARM architecture and software ecosystems
• Hands on System-on-Chip development and support experience

Salary Range:$273,020-$369,380 per year
