Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Document Imaging Technician

Position type: Full time/Contract
Duration: 6 month plus
Location: Downtown Richmond Virginia

Onsite 5 days per week

As a(n) Document Imaging Technicianyou will:

The candidate will be responsible for scanning, indexing and the verification of agency documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
The successful candidate will support both internal and external business partners by providing quality service and will assist with the data entry of forms to online systems.
Responsibilities:

• Supports the imaging needs of technology department
• Ensures timely processing of incoming documents from the mailroom.
• Batches, scans, indexes, and verifies imaged documents.
• Meets the department's turnaround and quality standards.
• Maintains contact with associated departments sending documents to be imaged.
• Provides guidance to staff's questions on the image process and systems.
• Resolves/escalates processing related image problems reported by users.
• Works with their peer group to manage daily work volume.

Qualifications:

• Basic PC skills with Windows and Microsoft Office
• 10-key/data entry
• Document scanning
• Data entry
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• Accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent and experience with data entry with 10-key proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have: 2 plus years

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18- $20 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
