Location: Holy Cross Health has two hospitals and four healthcare centers all a short driving distance from Washington DC and Baltimore, MD
Description:
- PRN - (will be scheduled to work as needed) - Non-Benefited
- Location: Silver Spring, MD
- Protection Services Department
- This position reports to Parking Supervisor
- Driver will need to have necessary skills to operate a 15-passenger van in heavy traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Driver will need to possess excellent people skills and the ability to get along well with passengers.
- Will be required to do routine checks such as oil and water on all security vehicles.
- Must be able to articulate that they understand Maryland traffic regulations.
- Must possess ability to clearly communicate location and departure/arrival times over the phone.
What you will need:
- Must have a valid Maryland Driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must have clean driving record that demonstrates the ability to operate a vehicle safely and in accordance with the law.
- Must pass the certification in shipping infectious substances/dangerous goods course within the first 2 days of orientation.
- Must pass the medication security health stream course.
- Must wear a HCH uniform.
- Must possess and operate a cell phone
Pay Range: $17.58 - $21.63Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
