Summary:

Staff Engineers are pivotal in solving a wide range of technical production challenges. They combine exceptional problem-solving skills, innovation, and interpersonal abilities to deliver value to our clients. Our clients highly value the attention and expertise of our Staff Engineers, who work directly with them on mission-critical challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:

• Technical Problem Solving: Address and resolve a variety of technical production challenges.
• Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to set expectations and deliver solutions.
• Innovation: Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Leadership: Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Process Improvement: Drive process improvements in technical software development.

Skillset Requirements:

• Software Development Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development (C#/.Net, React/JavaScript/Node preferred).
• ElasticSearch Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ElasticSearch and related technologies (Kibana, Logstash, Beats).
• Deployment Skills: Experience with code deployment and deployment automation.
• Testing and Documentation: Ability to write mature software tests, code, and documentation.
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Technical Success: Proven success in technical software development and process improvement.
• Client Applications: Experience with client applications is a plus.
• AWS Experience: Experience with AWS is a plus.
