Volt is immediately hiring an Engineering and Safety Data Analyst in Fountain Valley, CA.

As a Data Analyst you will be supporting the Safety Analysis / Engineering team:

• Weekly Status report generation (support and review)
• Analyze data on various data sets to support various reporting requests and submissions.
• Basic data downloads and reviews for other teams within the group as well as on case investigations.
• Record reviews and categorizing for various data sets for various projects.
• Review/investigate cases in a Case Management Tool system after reviewing various data sets related to vehicles

This is a full time, temporary 12 month assignment with potential to go temp to hire. Hours are 8am - 5pm and will be working hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days offsite.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic automotive experience/knowledge preferred.
• Advance MS Excel using pivot tables and v look ups
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or Alteryx preferred but not required.
• Completed or close to being completed - BS / BA degree in Engineering preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $27-35/hr

** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
