Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Digital Platform
Location: Coral Springs, FL/Omaha, NE/Wilmington, DE/Berkeley Heights, NJ
Duration: 12+ Months contract to hire
Job Summary: As an Enterprise Architect - Digital Platform, you will be at the forefront of crafting go-to-market solution strategies for key industries. Your role will be pivotal in driving complex capture and RFP response activities, as well as developing innovative solution integration concepts that enable large-scale processing environments across mobile, web, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership in the sales process and seamless hand-off to delivery teams for complex solutions involving multiple products and services.
- Influence product development and senior management to align with the enterprise-level innovation roadmap strategy.
- Offer business guidance and consultative direction to Product Leaders, fostering knowledge development.
- Demonstrate solution leadership on complex RFPs, requiring collaboration across multiple divisions.
- Develop design specifications, infrastructure diagrams, and other system-related documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company solutions, products, and services.
- Collaborate extensively with development teams, enterprise/software architects, and business analysts.
- Utilize analytical skills to address corporate strategy needs, comprehend technology specifics, and understand business operation interconnections.
- Document detailed solutions for the domain area, outlining current, interim, and target states.
- Present architecture solutions for review by the architecture board and address any open items.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT system development, design, and implementation.
- 3+ years of experience in Front end/UI architecture and product development.
- 3+ years of experience architecting solutions using modern tech stacks, microservices, cloud, and data with domain-driven design techniques.
- Proficiency in Java-based microservices, preferably with Kafka for event streaming.
- Experience in architecting digital platforms across web/mobile for payments, banking, and merchant solutions.
- Financial industry and mainframe experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in strategic sales support and consultative roles.
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and network system functions.
- Ability to visualize and articulate complex solutions to a diverse audience.
