JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently recruiting for an Environmental Regulatory Specialist - WYPDES Compliance & Reporting in Sheridan, Wyoming to work with our Carbon Creek Energy project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• WYPDES Permitting / Reporting / Compliance / Field Sampling Schedule
  
• Help maintain compliance with all environmental agencies
• Coordinating and submitting all sample data

Coordinate and document internal regulatory processes such as inspections, license renewals or registrations

• Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes
• Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
• Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Associate, Bachelor
  Disciplines: Environmental Science, Environmental Technology, Science
• Knowledge and understanding of agency rules and regulations
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
• Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism in its most difficult phases
• Ability to deal with variety of abstract and concrete variables
