Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP, HCM and related business applications. Experience as a skilled system user may be substituted for some of this experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Infor system configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Experience in the creation of test plans and test cases
- Expertise in requirement gathering and management with experience writing business requirements documents (BRD)
- Functional knowledge in in the modules supported.
- Experience providing application support and guidance to end users.
