Title: Facilities, Fleet and Procurement Manager

Summary of Position:

Responsible for coordinating, directing, planning a variety of business and support services to assist in achieving efficient and effective facility, fleet, and procurement operations. This includes managing and coordinating property/facility operations and maintenance, fleet operations and maintenance, and purchasing/procurement services for the center.

Hours: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities and fleet management and in formal procurement, purchasing, and central supply activities.

Location: our Round Rock office; hybrid work if able, mostly on-site work

Pay: $46/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees and orders supplies and equipment by using established guidelines, policies and laws.

Oversees the development and preparation of bid specifications as well as preparation and distribution of bid invitations to vendors

Oversees the receiving, storing and issuing of supplies and equipment.

Oversees or recommends and awards annual maintenance and copier contracts.

Monitors legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to purchasing and procurement.

Oversees the acquisition of fleet fuel, maintenance, equipment and other goods and services.

Maintains fleet inventory records and title documents.

Oversees the management and coordination of vehicle inspections and registration renewals.

Distributes gas cards to vehicle contracts.

Oversees the maintenance of center facilities, including the scheduling and inspection of work performed on buildings, equipment and grounds. This includes:

Received fire and emergency (911) alerts and notifications when they occur 24/7/365.

Management of HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing services, janitorial services, landscaping, pest control, and waste pickup.

Also to include management and completion of submitted facility-based work orders.

Coordinates the solicitation of and/or solicits bids for construction projects. Includes new and remodel projects. Coordinates the selection of contractors.

Maintains interior and exterior door keys for all locations.

Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing, including sharing ideas with and giving positive feedback to supervisor, team members, other peers and others outside the work group.

Contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment, working cooperatively with coworkers and treating others in the workplace with respect.

Reports to work in a dependable manner, regularly and on time. Requests scheduled leave in advance. Does not evidence excessive use of unscheduled leave. Requests advance approval for overtime worked.

Maintains status in required training.
