Job Description

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.

The Fiduciary Associate is responsible for supporting the Trust Officers and Middle Office Associates by providing high level service delivery to Delaware Advantage trust and agency clients, advisors, intermediaries and other qualified referral sources and distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Trust Officers and Middle Office Associates with tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients, including but not limited to: Trust Operations Employees, Trust Officer, Investment Manager, and supporting Vendors.
  • Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and overnight deliveries along with file library.
  • Manage multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously for both internal and external client duties and obligations.
  • Provide internal and external (client) communications, including participation in select client meetings.
  • Have knowledge, understanding and application of fiduciary principles, trust and accounting systems and technology to support recordkeeping and payment history.
  • Interface with Trust Operations Service Partners and other internal parties.
  • Support other duties that may arise from time-to-time.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of a two-year college degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in trust or trust-related financial or other client focused services.
  • Must possess an intellectual curiosity and passion to succeed.
  • Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detail orientation and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SEI Wealth Platform or similar trust accounting systems.
